The Sweetwood caretakers will have a table at Madison's Pagan Pride Day for community outreach

October 21st (Saturday) - SweetWood Temenos Samhain Ritual

The Sweetwood Samhain ritual is set for Saturday October 21st.

Yule 2006

The Yule fire will be light before sunset at 3:30 pm on the Winter Solstice December 22nd 2006. I ask for the good folk attending to show up by 4:30 pm/sunset. I will honor the directions and pouring libations to the Deities. Bless those present with mistletoe and share water with all present. Hot cider will be shared with whomever comes, the good folk may bring whatever else they would like to drink and we will pot luck and fest on what ever the good folk bring. I will turn on the electricity to the shelter if the good folk want to bring crocks/hot plates to heat up food for the fest. If the weather permits we can sit around the fire and enjoy Yule and one another! please call or e-mail me if you plan to come. If there is deep snow and wetness with it people may need to walk in for about a 1/3 of a mile from the road.
